V2 UPDATES

• Licensure: 
  
  • New fields: You’ll see a few new fields in the Licensure grids: Pathway, Cycle Type, Compact, and Classification. These fields give you a dedicated place to store information about how a provider obtained their license, what their renewal workflow may look like, which compact may govern the license, and whether the license is permanent, temporary, or another type.
    
  • Removed records: You’ll notice something different when you remove a license from the State, DEA, or State Controlled Substances Licenses grids. A window will appear asking you to choose a reason for removal (duplicate, inaccurate, or not applicable). Once you have removed a license, OneView will now automatically add “REM” plus the license record ID from our database to the beginning of the license number. This will help prevent issues with duplicate licenses, as well as help you track the reason for each license removal you encounter. Just a reminder - removing a license is not the same as inactivating one! Users who only inactivate licenses will not be impacted by this change.
    
    
• Education & Training: We’ve added a new field “MyIntealth ID #” for Medical School records when you set the “ECFMG?” field to Yes. Foreign medical graduates are now being issued MyIntealthID numbers in addition to the traditional ECFMG number; this update helps you track both IDs at once.
  
  
• Practice/Employer: We’ve added a new field “Process Start Date” to the Credentialing Dates section to match the V1 version of this field.
  
  
• Document Uploads: We hope you’re enjoying the new document upload experience - there’s lots to love! In addition to some UI tweaks to make the workflow quicker and cleaner, you’ll notice that it’s now easy to add more files after you’ve made your initial file selections, plus you can view your files better with an expanded drag-and-drop area.
