V2 UPDATES

  • Carbon Refresh Period: To ensure you’re able to get the freshest data from our integrations, we recently reduced our caching period to 12 hours (previously 24). This means that the data Carbon returns was pulled from our source sites within the last 12 hours, but if you need to ensure your data is returned in real time, you can always use the force refresh button in V1 or right-click the license in V2 to run the selected license.

  • Document Uploads: When you upload a file that doesn’t match any of our existing document keywords, you can now choose the document type for your file instead of the system defaulting to the Other Misc type. 

  • Form Field Mappings: Great news for our Forms power users! We’ve added new field mappings for Peer References and Work History (combined street address and combined city/state/zip values) as well as Practice/Employer (case load) and License Supervisors (up to 5 supervisor names).

  • Login Duplicates: Ever wanted to save more than one login for the same website on a provider profile? You can do that now! When OneView detects that you’re adding a login that already exists for a provider, modal will appear asking you to confirm the duplicate, then allow you to fill out a Duplicate Label field to explain the reason. Both logins will then appear in the Logins grid for you to manage.

  • Tracking Exports: We’ve re-enabled a feature allowing you to export Tracking data from the grid. You can choose to filter your reports prior to exporting in CSV, XLSX, or PDF format - just remember you’ll only be able to export 2000 reports at a time.
