EXTENDED CREDENTIALING SERVICES (XCS)

Credentialing shouldn't stall because your team is stretched thin. Our XCS team turns around payor enrollment in 60 days, compared to the industry average of 90 to 120, with PESC-certified specialists who've worked with over 500 payors in the last 18 months.  Schedule a consultation with our team!

V2 UPDATES

  • Tracking: Ever closed a Tracking step and wanted to undo it? Now you can! We’ve added the ability for users to reopen or correct completed Tracking steps, whether your Tracking report is still in progress or have been completed. Look for the “Reopen Step” and “Correct Step” buttons to the right of each step details, then make your changes as needed!

  • Logins: We’ve added support for custom logins to allow you to paste in partial URLs (missing the “http” scheme). OneView will now automatically add missing scheme information to let you save the URL.

  • Detail View/Side Panel: You’ll now see not just your provider’s name, but also their title and NPI, at the top of Detail View and the Side Panel across all grids. This will help you keep track of your records and make it easier to copy critical details whenever you need.

  • Licensure: We’ve added Additional Public Information and Board Action fields to the Licensure Detail View and Side Panel. You can edit these details manually, or let Carbon pull in information from our integrated sources.

  • Documents:

  • When you’re viewing a file in the Documents grid that was originally uploaded in relation to a credentialing record, you’ll see a new option to “Open Related Record” in the right-click menu. This will open a new tab in your browser, displaying the related record so that you can easily view data about it, update the associated document, and more.

  • While you’re in the Documents grid, check out the new column “Uploaded by Role,” which lets you sort and filter documents by the role of the person who uploaded them (Coordinator, Provider, or Admin). You’ll see the person’s name next to their role in the grid, showing you who added the document and as which user type.
