V2 UPDATES

• Grid Settings: For our users operating across multiple teams, V2 has a new functionality allowing you to copy your grid settings from one team to another. Locate the Grid Settings menu underneath your team profile, then click on the 3 dots in the upper-right-hand corner to see your copy options.

• Provider Profile Summary: You can now access your providers’ profile summaries in V2 - no more toggling back to V1! Locate the name of your provider in any V2 grid, then right-click on their name to open the menu. Clicking on “Open Provider Profile Summary” will open a new window with the profile summary and Print/Save/CV Generator options.

V1 UPDATES

• Tracking: We fixed an intermittent bug that caused changes to the assignee of some Tracking steps to not be saved.

State License Updaters:

• Kentucky - Updated source for dental titles; enabled title OPT-A

• Montana - Enabled title ACC

• New Mexico - Enabled titles APRN-CNA, APRN-CNP, and APRN-CNS

• Texas - We have disabled our integration with the Texas Professional Profiling System, which was used in the short-term to verify physical and occupational therapy titles. This decision was made due to TPPS not meeting our standards for primary source verifications. At this time, manual verifications will need to be performed at https://vo.licensing.hpc.texas.gov/datamart/selSearchType.do for the following titles. An integration with the Texas Datamart is not currently viable due to security settings on the board side.
