V2 UPDATES
Tracking Module Enhancements (Going live April 9th!): We think you’ll love this new update! Our OneView Tracking module has been upgraded with a redesigned, high-performance interface that offers increased stability, flexibility, and control over your data. Here’s what you can find:
- Enhanced Alert System: To reduce visual noise, we have replaced full-row highlighting with a new "Alert" column and color-coded dots. This allows you to quickly identify approaching or overdue reports while keeping your data easy to read.
- Improved Team Sharing: Full access coordinators can now view read-only reports from multiple teams in one unified grid. This provides a comprehensive overview of shared reports without the need to switch between team views.
- Expanded Self-Service Tools: You can now restore removed steps and manually edit completion dates. For audit purposes, an automated note is inserted whenever a date is modified to track who made the update and when.
- Custom Reporting: Export your grid data directly to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Your exports will now automatically reflect your specific filters and column arrangements.
- Redesigned Grid & Side Panel: Customize your view by reordering and resizing columns to fit your workflow. The new side panel allows you to manage individual report data and review all notes in one consolidated tab without leaving your main grid.
Forms: You can now click on the Last Updated Date within your Sent Forms grid to see audit history for your form. This will open a modal showing you the differences between the current and previous versions of your form.
Logins: You might notice a few changes to the Logins grid: First, we’ve renamed the “Record ID” column to “Login ID” to better align with our other modules like Forms and Tracking. This ID value represents the unique database entry for each login record you save. Additionally, you’ll see a new header for the Actions column; hover over the tooltip to see the icon key.
Work History Gaps: We’ve increased the character limit for your Work History Gap Reasons to 1000 characters to help you capture more information. We’ve also added the Gap Reason field to the CV generator, so that you can see the full details for each gap on your provider’s CV.
