Tracking: We’ve continued to make enhancements to our Tracking module - see what’s new below!

  • Tracking ID is now displayed in the Side Panel and Individual Report Page, making it easier to identify your reports.

  • Tracking reports related to payors will now include Category/Plan data (if in use) to help you differentiate between payor plans.

  • You can now enter a future Start Date on your Tracking reports, letting you frontload future tasks like upcoming recredentialing processes.

  • NPI is now available as an optional column in the Tracking grid, so you can search for your providers in whatever way works best for you!

  • Document Upload: We’ve upgraded the document upload experience in V2; check out the new features!

  • Bulk document upload is now available within the Single Provider View. No more dragging and dropping one file at a time!

  • When you upload multiple documents at once, you’ll see more information about each file, with the option to collapse file details for a more streamlined view.

  • Arizona - Enabled telehealth APRN titles
  • Iowa - Updated source for controlled substance licenses
  • Massachusetts - Updated title logic for controlled substance licenses (this means you can now use the generic “CS” title in MA!)
